My musical journey started with Sound Installations and Experimental Electronica, moving on to DJ'ing and producing Psychedelic Trance, and then opened up to include other forms of EDM and immersive technologies like Ambisonics. I've always found sampling techniques, beats, layering, natural sounds and anything hypnotic fascinating and have worked to incorporate them into my musical projects.

During my time working for Moog Music I modernized the Animoog and assisted in other designs for software synthesis and instrument control along with experiments in new Ambisonic plugins (never completed).

I have also been extensively involved in organizing and throwing festivals and events in Asheville NC along with a deep interest in Sound Re-enforcement having worked with Lou Rawls (Project 7 Sound) and Nick Binary (SB Productions) using SMAART, DSPs, signal chains, etc to align and tune large-scale sound systems for festivals around the US.

An immersive event organized by myself and Michelle Miller thrown at the Masonic Temple's theatre space that included a full-scale Ambisonic playback system arraigned in a cube with side subs. The event included pieces by myself, Liz Lang (aka Auracene), Elisa Faires, Randy Spiers (aka Lux Vestra), Patrick Olin (aka Aetherael) and Kimathi Moor (aka Kimathir). Live spatialization was done using a variety of Ambisonic plugins accompanyed by a local dance group (Butoh) lead by Julie Becton Gillium.
